Power Yoga
Power Yoga combines the detoxifying qualities of asana with short intervals of fast-paced activity, which can help you build strength and burn calories while also inspiring you to feel empowered. Set to upbeat music, youll focus on fundamental yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body.
Strong Slow Flow
This 45 minute heated noon class is meant to get you through that mid-day slump. Our noon class is designed to work on the fundamentals to establish a strong practice. Working on proper breathing, alignment, and core strength this class is ideal for beginners or experienced practitioners who are looking for a mid-day wind down.
Ashtanga Yoga
Let’s build together the foundations for a strong primary series. We’ll work with the traditional standing and sitting sequence and deepen our knowledge using modifcations and drills to complete and advance through primary series. All-Levels welcomed.
Wake and Flow with Rheagan
Start your day with this energizing yoga sequence designed to wake you up and have you feeling aligned, centered, and renewed. Ends with crystal bowl sound bath. Beginner friendly, all levels welcome.
Flow Yoga with Maka
Flow yoga is a pathway to cultivate awareness through your breath and graceful movements that become like a dance - Maka.
Evening Power Vinyasa
This class skillfully blends meditation & mindfulness elements with asana practice. You will experience a juicy flow combined with intuitive breathwork that will allow you to get into your body and out of your mind. It will challenge you to find new ways to deepen your yoga practice on and off the mat in order to further your journey towards awareness, mindfulness, and harmony.
