🍃Whenever we are not present it is more difficult to choose our response and avoid emotional reactions that trigger repetitive behavior patterns.

In our daily yoga practice we strengthen mindful practices that give us access to the space between the trigger and the response:

•Conscious Breathing, Body Awareness, Tension Release, and Raised Attentiveness.•

Being mindful in our responses ensures integrity in our interactions within ourselves and the outside world.
